And it made the very difficult task of adjusting to a new lifestyle MUCH easier. But then the crash came and companies stopped producing their products and it was very frustrating, to say the least. As sad as it is to say it, there are more and more people developing Type II diabetes and we HAVE to live this kind of lifestyle. Why these companies didn't just change focus and continue producing their products for this HUGE market out here is something I will never understand. But I am VERY grateful to places like CarbSmart for contining to sell and actively market these items not just for the low carb dieter, but for the rest of us in the world who need and want to use them as well. Thank you for allowing me to share this! I was very glad to listen to this podcast. Thank you for it.

This guy knows what he is doing and how to do it, and has his low-carb values in the right place, not just trying to make a buck. He is definitely someone we should all support. I hope we will hear more from him in the future.
