If they just tried it and STAYED on it when their condition improves, then we could have plenty of evidence to convince other diabetics this is the way they should be eating for life. THANKS for your comment, Wanda!

I think it's sad that people with diabetes feel that way because I have seen it with my own eyes.
I know a few women that tried it to get off their meds and didn't think it would work but within 6 weeks they were off and didn't have to go back.
I wish everyone would at least try it before it gets too bad.

Great Show Jimmy!!! I keep hearing in the mainstream diabetes groups that there are no studies showing the effectiveness of low carb diets (er lifestyles :)) and constantly express concerns about heart and kidney disease. They must have their heads buried somewhere. I'm looking forward to Thursday's episode.

It's amazing, Linda, how low-carb is such a cure-all for so many ailments and yet it is still so harshly vilified. Doesn't make a whole lotta sense, does it?

THANKS, Kevin! The great thing about science is it builds and builds as the years go by. Be sure to listen again on Thursday for THREE MORE studies that have come out in the past year showing livin' la vida low-carb is indeed the CURE for diabetes. It's gonna be harder and harder for the ADA to keep ignoring this evidence. THANKS for listening and spread the word!

Way to go, Jimmy! We can rant all we want, but publicizing and re-publicizing this kind of research is the only way to get the world's attention, especially when so many colluding special-interests are actively trying to repress it. Isn't it incomprehensible that this study, which amounts to a CURE for diabetes, was reported two years ago, but was never picked up or mentioned again? That is both absurd and insane. Our job is to keep this news from being buried, and to see that it is spread far and wide. The medical professionals are being intentionally kept in the dark by the prejudiced interests of the ignorant and the marketplace. Every medical professional must be made aware and given the chance to become fully informed about these studies and their "astounding" significance.
