The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. After months of unproductive doctor visits going through the conventional medicine route, she began to fear that all her creative pursuits were over and that she would have to resign herself to a life of pain management. Eventually, a doctor was able to identify an emerging autoimmune condition that, though devastating, could be fully recovered through changes in her nutrition and lifestyle. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. After months of unproductive doctor visits going through the conventional medicine route, she began to fear that all her creative pursuits were over and that she would have to resign herself to a life of pain management. Eventually, a doctor was able to identify an emerging autoimmune condition that, though devastating, could be fully recovered through changes in her nutrition and lifestyle. Jenni was diagnosed as severely gluten and casein intolerant and was put on a strict diet and supplement regimen to heal her ravaged body.

We have a serious problem with the way we look at and treat people with Type 2 diabetes around the world. This is of great concern to a nephrologist and nutritional health practitioner with a focus on diabetes named Dr. Jason Fung. He’s from Intensive Dietary Management in Scarborough, Ontario where patients are put through various protocols to help them control their disease naturally and without the knee-jerk need for medications. The gateway into finding Paleo for most people is as a direct result of dealing with some form of chronic health problem. For Jenni Hulet from “The Urban Poser” blog, her life was turned upside down in 2010 when she went from being an active mother, yoga teacher, and chef to being unable to get out of bed because of uncontrollable pain and muscle spasms. After months of unproductive doctor visits going through the conventional medicine route, she began to fear that all her creative pursuits were over and that she would have to resign herself to a life of pain management. Eventually, a doctor was able to identify an emerging autoimmune condition that, though devastating, could be fully recovered through changes in her nutrition and lifestyle.
