If you’ve been reading books in the realm of diet, fitness and health in recent years, then no doubt you have run into the great work that Lou Schuler has been doing. He took his love for writing and his passion for fitness to pursue a journalistic career working in some of the most recognizable magazines dedicated to the subject out there, including Muscle & Fitness, Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health.
