842: Sarah Fragoso Honors The Thai Cuisine In Her New Paleo Cookbook

Paleo mom blogger, podcaster, and bestselling cookbook author Sarah Fragoso is our interview guest today in Episode 842 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show.”

It was about one year ago that we featured a podcast with today’s featured interview guest as she released her debut book in a series of Paleo cookbooks finding inspiration from international cuisines. That first trip was to Italy, but today Sarah Fragoso from “Everyday Paleo” is back sharing about the next stop on her world tour–THAILAND! The new book is called Everyday Paleo Thai Cuisine: Authentic Recipes Made Gluten-free and contains some rather interesting recipes and insights into the Thai food and culture.

A husband-wife team who were in attendance on the 7th Annual Low-Carb Cruise in 2014 named George & Tina Pauley are our interview guests today in Episode 839 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show.”

It was about one year ago that we featured a podcast with today’s featured interview guest as she released her debut book in a series of Paleo cookbooks finding inspiration from international cuisines. That first trip was to Italy, but today Sarah Fragoso from “Everyday Paleo” is back sharing about the next stop on her world tour–THAILAND! The new book is called Everyday Paleo Thai Cuisine: Authentic Recipes Made Gluten-free and contains some rather interesting recipes and insights into the Thai food and culture.
