This is something that concerned endurance sports writer and certified sports nutritionist Matt Fitzgerald so much that he decided to address what he describes as the failure of the “one-size-fits-all” nutritional approach in his provocatively-titled 2014 book Diet Cults: The Surprising Fallacy at the Core of Nutrition Fads and a Guide to Healthy Eating for the Rest of US. This is something that concerned endurance sports writer and certified sports nutritionist Matt Fitzgerald so much that he decided to address what he describes as the failure of the “one-size-fits-all” nutritional approach in his provocatively-titled 2014 book Diet Cults: The Surprising Fallacy at the Core of Nutrition Fads and a Guide to Healthy Eating for the Rest of US.
