Hello and welcome to the fantabulous 200th episode shindig here at The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore!

It’s been one heckuva ride over the last 2+ years putting together 200 high-quality low-carb podcast episodes. And to celebrate this momentous occasion in the history of the show, Jimmy and his outstanding executive producer Kevin Kennedy-Spaien from Disc of Light Media thought they would just indulge themselves a little bit by looking back at all the highs (and lows!) of the show so far. You’ll hear them talk about how the podcast evolved from an audio version of Jimmy’s blog into the amazing interview format that has become the trademark of the show over the past year.

Have you been with us from the very beginning? Have you ever wondered how and why The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore! got started in the first place or what it was like in the early days of Jimmy doing a podcast for the first time ever? What episodes had us biting our nails and which ones had us laughing out loud? Tune in today for all the chin wagging at this celebratory low-carb audio fiesta in commemoration of our 200th episode!
