Good luck on your pod cast Dr. Eades.

    Thanks JM

Regarding the Truvia: This is a wonderful product, but you can buy it in larger quantities and at a much lower cost from Trader Joe’s. It comes in a jar (rather than packets) and is labeled “Stevia” (because that’s what it is).

Since finding the steveia at Trader Joe’s, we don’t buy sugar anymore.

Thanks Mary! I hope Dr. Mike does his own podcast too. David, I appreciate the info. However, Truvia has stepped up to sponsor this show, so I hope listeners will show them their appreciation. Thanks!

Thanks Drs. Mike And Mary Dan for your very valuable information.

I enjoyed Dr Mary Dan’s input but for some reason, her husband rubs me the WRONG way. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve heard you interview them and something about Michael Eades screams arrogance. I don’t like him at.all.

I will stick with Gary Taubes, Dr Carlson, and others like them. Their message is what I believe in AND they have great personalities on the radio.

I disagree – Michael Eades like is wife is great – I don’t think he is arrogant at all.

Trader Joe’s stevia is not the same as Truvia, just so people know. Many people on other sites, when asking questions specifically about Truvia, are receiving answers from people claiming that it’s bitter, but if you actually read their responses you’ll find that they’re talking about plain stevia and not Truvia.

Hello, I just bought the Six Week Cure and was wondering about putting natural peanut butter in my shakes; it is not mentioned in the book, either way. Eager to get started.

    Thanks,
    Susan

Since they didn’t mention it, then you probably shouldn’t.

    Hi Jimmy,
Enjoyed this interview. I am going to take a look at the book.
One comment I have for Dr. Mike: Do not call your wife “she”. It sounds very disrespectful. Say ‘Mary Dan’ or ‘MD’ as you say in your blog.

awww. i really like both the drs. eades. one thing about his podcasting though, i hope it wouldnt replace his blog. there are some things i simply can’t grasp with the ear, that i can grasp visually. dr. eades goes over some pretty complex stuff that would zip right over my head in audio form.

great interview, several bloggers diving in to the “middle” of this plan!

It would NOT replace his blog, Rachel. Mike love writing too much. I too am “diving” into the plan right now with GREAT success.
