I can definitely attest to the benefits of virgin , unrefined coconut oil! I use it in baking, frying and sometimes I take a tablespoon of it for healing benefits. I also use it as a moisturizer. All the stuff he says about it is true! Great show!

Love coconut oil but have been a bit lax in my use of it. I plan to replenish my nearly depleted jar and be more diligent in using it after listening to this.
