jjvirgin.jpgHello and welcome back for another interview illuminating the issues that ignite the low-carb community here at The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show With Jimmy Moore!

- Try replacing up to 2 daily meals with protein shakes
– Avoid soy-based products
– Weight loss should be simple: Don’t count calories and do tons of aerobics!
– Use a fiber-based sweetener rather than stevia or Splenda

… and many more. Tune in today for all JJ’s advice!

I enjoyed the podcast. I am a big fan of protein shakes myself. For some reason I feel better when I drink them everyday. I drink mine between meals, they are my snack. LOL I have two a day. One before my workout and one between lunch and dinner. I dont agree with everything she had to say but I did enjoy the podcast and there was lots of information I did agree with.

Yeah, I cringed in a few places, but overall I think JJ is on the right track with her basic recommendations for people to follow.

I don’t agree you have to eat breakfast.

Great podcast !

I am not a lean-proteine advocate at all, but I seriously wonder if the information about toxins that are stored by ALL animals (organic or not) in their fat, is not maybe worth investigating in some detail to get that issue out of the way for once and all. I have heard this argument before and have a great concern about it.

The information about the over consumption on pro-biotics is also interessting.
