No Podcasts This Week, But 100th Episode Contest Still Ongoing
12 11 2007Hey everyone and THANK YOU for all the outpouring of positive comments about how “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore” is helping you in your low-carb lifestyle. When the podcast began in October 2006, my one simple goal was to educate, encourage and inspire others who want to lose weight and get healthy. Sounds like MISSION ACCOMPLISHED so far!

There will be no podcasts this week and I apologize for that. My producer Kevin Kennedy-Spaien was in a pretty major car accident last week and he needs your prayers right now. He is in a lot of pain right now with some broken bones and his health is more important than producing my podcast. I’ve told him to take as much time as he needs to recover and recuperate.
In the meantime, to fill the void from the lack of podcasts this week, my wife Christine and I have decided to do a BONUS YouTube video this week as part of our “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube” series. We’ll be recording that video sometime today or tomorrow and sharing it at my “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb” blog as well as at YouTube. CHECK IT OUT!!!
Finally, many of you have expressed concern about not being able to access the podcast anymore on iTunes. We are aware of the situation and it apparently happened when we upgraded the web site last week. Kevin was in the midst of trying to get the archived podcasts back up on iTunes when he was in the accident. Please listen to the show at the web site for now and hopefully they will be available for download again soon. THANKS again for all of your love and support!

So sad to hear about your friend. Being new here, the first thing I noticed is how close you are with your fan base as well as the people in your lives.
You all are in my prayers, So that Keven feels no pain, heals quickly, not only in body but, in mind also. I pray that the rest of you can also heal from the pain of seeing someone you care deeply for, go through this tragic event. May you all keep the strength to help Kevin through this tough journey. There is nothing more important right now then him knowing how much others are there for him, a spirit that is fed with love, and encouragement is a spirit that will be full and determined to heal.
