I was a fat kid and it pains me to see children as I once was. I know their hurt and other kids are the harshest critics. We really need to stop the obesity problem and low carb for many will be the solution. Unfortunately, low fat is the way being taught in schools.Keep spreading the word Jimmy. But I think it goes much further than simply giving a generic "better nutritional education and better diet" advice. Unity of purpose that people should be given many choices about how to deal with their weight problem is what is sorely needed now more than ever.
