You're probably right, Cato! But the evidence will very soon force them to finally admit low-carb is everything we have been saying it is. It's coming...

As for YouTube videos, I'm 800 miles away from my home office right now where my video equipment is. Christine and I are on a medical trip to help us get pregnant, so it's gonna be another week or so before we are back home.

MORE ARE COMING!!! :D

As for the podcast show, it airs EVERY Monday and Thursday right here. I'm glad you enjoy them and appreciate your enthusiastic response.

Linda, AMEN to all that you said! That's the difference with livin' la vida low-carb--you actually ENJOY being on the diet while it sheds the pounds and improves your health. Why would you eat any other way? :)

I love that I can EAT on low carb. No measly portions, no dry rice cakes lol. I eat and I am satisfied, FINALLY. Not until low carb did I get that sense of feeling happy with what I ate.

I think the SAD promoters have a clue but have too much money at stake - perhaps a whole economy?

When is the next YouTube video? When is the next podcast? I want more...yeah yeah everything in moderation.

Excellent podcast! Nice to hear from a Lollipop Guild member (Sugar Free of course).

I have now lost 50 pounds (65 to go)! I just had to share this. Now back to commenting about the podcast...

"Out of the mouths of babes"

We are not metal machines like a car. We do not refuel when we are running on empty. We are ORGANIC machines. We MUST consume food as fuel. Why would anyone want highs and lows in energy? Adjusting the amount based on activity planned seems like common sense.

However I am not perfect in this department. Food no longer is my primary thought, heck when I get busy food is the last thing I think about. I had to buy a timer and set it for every 2 hours to remind me to eat. A quick healthy low carb snack easily ties me over until the next meal.

I have been low carbing for just under 10 weeks and I have NEVER EVER been hungry. I also enjoy the foods I eat (again - common sense).

Now I have a question (trying my best to do this in a high pitched squeaky voice):

The food pyramid is suppose to be (unfortunately) the "Standard American Diet" and not a fad. At what point does low carb become mainstream and is no longer considered a "fad diet"?

Isn't it depressing the acronym for the "Standard American Diet" is S.A.D. Truth in words....
