I enjoy all of your interviews, but lol, I cant say wacky week, so I will call it that week you refer to as wacky was quite fun too! I always give people a benefit of the doubt, I even treat people with schizefrenia like normal until proven otherwise, lol! I met quite many folks with schizofrenia who are very smart, but suffer from some kind of halusinations. But when I spoke with one buddy of mine form Suny Downstate, he used to come to my office, he challenge me on his halucinations. He claimed they were real and I was the one that wasnt normal or other people. He claimed that he was not seeing things that didnt exist, but they existed on another level, another dimension that I and you cant see. But since people like him have a higher consciousness they could and therefore are capable of warning the rest of us of impending danger. I also know some other lets say people with a higher consciousness who believe all kinds of lets say challenging things. We are all wacky in our own ways! Lol, but thats for another discussion! Was I halucinating when I heard Kevin say something about me and the dcotor form NYC I recommended that he couldnt remember? I listened to your podcast at 4 am, so I might have dreamt it, but I thought I heard Kevin mention my name but I wasnt quite sure what the reference was. I will have to relisten. Anyway, stay on top of the low carb world and kick butts!

lol, oh good then, I thought sleep deprivation was getting to me earlier then usual. Then it was konstantin Monastyrsky I recommended to Jimmy! I challenged him on a russian radio station first, and then engeged in serious of phone and line conversations about his book in russian language about late Dr Atkins. I beleived and still do that konstantin went way out of line when he wrote a book and attempted to capitalize on Atkins untimely demise to make it through very competitive american publishing process. his book was both disrespcetful to late dr Atkins work at times and sensational at others. But he does have valid research credentials and I thought would be a good candidate to hear from for a change! May be I was wron, but it was quite entertaining, i didnt think it was that bad!

Vadim,

OK, I did a little legwork and, as it turns out, you didn’t recommend the guest, Dr. Richard Feinman, but rather you work at the same facility – SUNY Downstate Medical Center.

You mentioned your connection in the comments on this page:

I had forgotten that was a 2-part interview. Twice the editing work! Dr. Feinman was a very knowledgeable guest, but his speaking was full of thoughtful pauses and words repeated many times in succession. I actually cut the interviews down by about a full 30% without actually removing or changing anything he said.

He is quite a deliberate fellow. Once I had lunch with him in caffeteria and he was sipping diet lemon iced tea for the whole hour. One bottle in almost an hour almost finished, but didnt. I , on the other hand, am quite hyper and tend to be a fast talker with a lot of energy. So people always say on campus that if you add Dr Feinman and me together and devide by two you will get a perfect and fun debator! Lol, if that was that simple.
