Monica Reinagel, the amazing and knowledgeable Nutritionista

Greetings and welcome once again to the most popular, educational, and entertaining low-carb podcast known to mankind, “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show With Jimmy Moore!”

In Episode 122, our host Jimmy continues his fascinating interview with licensed nutritionist and professional blogger Monica Reinagel. In today’s show Monica has some great tools to share, including a nutrient search tool at NutritionData.com and custom recipe searches for low-carb meals courtesy of her sister-site Epicurious.com. Additionally, she and Jimmy look at the FDA’s doomed search for the “one perfect diet for all people” and how that ill-serves people suffering from obesity.

As a fellow foodie (a low carb one), this interview was worth it to find out about Epicurious.com. What an excellent source of recipes. I cannot wait to try them for my low carb way of eating. Thanks Jimmy!

I have always loved epicurious. Another good source for people who like to cook is allrecipes. My mom used to get epicurious magazine when I was growing up. Foodie heaven!

Actually, one of my favorite things about epicurious is the name. I mean, how many media outlets would dare use a name that requires a high school degree to use (:
