Exercise for me is working out at CURVES 3 times a week plus walking daily for about 30 minutes. This routine plus low carb according to Atkins is making me a healthier and smaller person! Great interview once again.

So awesome to hear what you’re doing! Yeah. Did you know that even just losing 5-10% of your body weight reduces your blood pressure, triglycerides, cholesterol? So just think what a great thing you’re doing for your body, your health and your life! It’s awesome! Keep up the great work!

It’s amazing how easy it is to kick carbs once someone KICKS YOU in the butt to do so. In my case, it seemed easier to cook vegies if I wanted any nutrition at all .
