Hi Jimmy,

Thnx for this nice podcast. I enjoyed it again during my hike in the mountains. You asked Dr. Jo for a supplement which would help you fall asleep. I can recommend you tea of Verbena. If you want to go to bed early, just take a cup of this stuff.

Jimmy, another outstanding podcast. I really enjoyed both episodes with Dr Jo.
I think I am going to have to listen to them both again just to make sure I didn’t miss anything.

Jimmy,

This was a phenomenal interview. I love how articulate, yet easy to understand Dr. Jo made everything. The insulin / cortisol / seratonin / melanin information is invaluable!

Like Cathy, I’m sure I’ll be listening to the Dr. Jo interviews again to make sure I absorbed and understood the information.

Once again, great interview! Thanks so much!

Kindest,

Sonya
