Hi Jimmy,
Thnx for this nice podcast. I enjoyed it again during my hike in the mountains. You asked Dr. Jo for a supplement which would help you fall asleep. I can recommend you tea of Verbena. If you want to go to bed early, just take a cup of this stuff.

Jimmy, another outstanding podcast. I really enjoyed both episodes with Dr Jo.
I think I am going to have to listen to them both again just to make sure I didn’t miss anything.
Cathy
Dr. Jo was as I’ve told several people SURPRISINGLY amazing. I will definitely have him back again sometime.
Jimmy!
I was shouting “woohoo” when I heard my voice comment on your podcast!!
Just a little update from my last comment. Once my life got back to normal my weight started dropping again. As of thursday of last week I had already dropped 6 1/2 of those pounds. I have been sleeping better and feeling great! This has been a great interview!! I so now understand better whats going on with my body when I am stressed.
exerise has been key to helping to destress my life!
Thank you
Teresa H
We appreciated your voicemail comment, Teresa. Thought you’d like that!
Jimmy,
This was a phenomenal interview. I love how articulate, yet easy to understand Dr. Jo made everything. The insulin / cortisol / seratonin / melanin information is invaluable!
Like Cathy, I’m sure I’ll be listening to the Dr. Jo interviews again to make sure I absorbed and understood the information.
Once again, great interview! Thanks so much!
Kindest,
Sonya
THANKS Sonya! He was amazing and I think we’ll be hearing more from him in the future.
