I am completely hooked on your shows and appreciate all the research and work that went into them. I have always been curious about inflammation as an asthmatic. Many of my medications may have helped my lungs but made my entire body feel worse and my doctors never took it seriously until I refused to take three steroids at once. I can't wait to get my hands on his book as inflammation is a huge deal in the asthmatic process. Thank you for this great interview. I especially liked the part in ep113 where you touched on the topic of people being told to eat one way, which causes inflammation, and then prescribed a drug to counterract that inflammation. This of course leads to greater profits for pharmaceutical companies. I would love to hear much more about this as it's one of my interests (ie. misinformation and possible alterior motives). He will be kicked out of our medical community. I hear echos of Doctor Robert Atkins throughout this discussion, because both Doctors are speaking truths. Insulin, insulin, insulin! Controlling fat is all about Insulin control! Eating some nice fat results in no blood sugar spike response which causes no insulin to be dumped. No insulin equals no fat production.
