What a lovely podcast! All the better for me as I had the opportunity to meet you both in person in Nashville. I had a smile on my face through the whole interview. You should make Christine a frequent guest, Jimmy!

I think it’s so true that we can encourage each other, but we can make each other’s choices. My husband joined me in eating low carb three years ago, and his health and weight improved dramatically. Then he drifted away, and the predictable happened. Now, he’s back and doing great again! I never said a word, but continued to provide healthy low carb meals.
