Welcome to yet another episode of the Internet’s premiere low-carb podcast–it’s “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore!”

Episode 55 is a very special occasion…Jimmy shares a book review he wrote about a year ago of what has now become a newly-repopularized diet book whose name alone will make us suspend our “clean language” advisory for a day.

That book is called “Skinny B*tch” and we only have Victoria Beckham (formerly known as Posh Spice from the Spice Girls) to blame for setting the superficial media “dietsphere” afire by being photographed with a copy of said book. Oh my, what a world we live in!
