Welcome to the most popular low-carb podcast available on this or any other planet, The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show With Jimmy Moore!
In episode 137 Jimmy is proud to present two fantastic interviews about the documentary My Big Fat Diet. This film is only available for viewing in Canada at the moment (except for 3 of our lucky readers!) but is an amazing chronicle of Dr. Jay Wortman’s effort to treat the health problems of an entire first nation village by convincing them to embrace the diet of their ancestors. This is a diet heavy in a substance called oolichan grease, a substance similar to olive oil.
In the first segment of this episode, Jimmy talks with producer Mary Bissell, followed by a second segment with Dr. Wortman himself. You don’t want to miss this fantastic podcast!
ALSO: Listen in for details of our contest that will get official copies of the My Big Fat Diet DVD (provided by Mary herself) to three lucky listeners!!
