Talking about Registered Dieticians - Cassandra said that some just regurgitate the same old dietary advice they were taught so they can’t be blamed. But I disagree. Its up to dieticians to read and make sure they are up-to-date with all latest studies on diet, etc.
I agree Sue! They are supposed to be educated which means the learning NEVER stops. The same goes for doctors who keep prescribing low-fat diets for weight loss when all the latest scientific evidence shows otherwise. Some will claim they don’t have time to learn EVERYTHING, but come on…how can you ignore study after study vindicating low-carb diets for weight loss and health improvements, right?
