Peter Silverman (19:16:24) :

Fascinating report. Especially interesting to me the data about the dramatic stabilizing effect on insulin and blood glucose of a low carb diet. I have seen other research that said fasting glucose stayed the same or rose on low carb, but I suspect Volek’s research is more careful.
