Hey everyone! I wanted to provide a quick update on the status of my beloved producer Kevin Kennedy-Spaien as well as when you can expect new episodes of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore.”

Kevin is still recovering from the injuries he sustained in a pretty major car accident he was in a couple of weeks ago. He had surgery on his right thumb on Friday and is now recuperating at home. He’s still in a lot of pain and will be in a cast for about one month. He also sprained his right ankle in the accident, but is doing better now. Continue to pray for his healing.

So, what about the podcast show? Well, for now it is delayed indefinitely. As the host of the show, I believe there are some things more important to deal with and right now that’s the health and well-being of Kevin Kennedy-Spaien. Kevin is just about the nicest guy you’ll ever meet and is the consummate gentleman and professional in everything he does. I know he’s itching to get back to producing my podcast and he will be in due course. Right now, let’s let him heal and the podcast will come back better than ever in no time.

In the meantime, you can see and hear me and my wife Christine in our “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube” videos and read my columns at my “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb” blog. THANK YOU for your faithfulness to this podcast show and keep on livin’ la vida low-carb!

There will be no podcasts this week and I apologize for that. My producer Kevin Kennedy-Spaien was in a pretty major car accident last week and he needs your prayers right now. He is in a lot of pain right now with some broken bones and his health is more important than producing my podcast. I’ve told him to take as much time as he needs to recover and recuperate.

In the meantime, to fill the void from the lack of podcasts this week, my wife Christine and I have decided to do a BONUS YouTube video this week as part of our “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube” series. We’ll be recording that video sometime today or tomorrow and sharing it at my “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb” blog as well as at YouTube. CHECK IT OUT!!!

Finally, many of you have expressed concern about not being able to access the podcast anymore on iTunes. We are aware of the situation and it apparently happened when we upgraded the web site last week. Kevin was in the midst of trying to get the archived podcasts back up on iTunes when he was in the accident. Please listen to the show at the web site for now and hopefully they will be available for download again soon. THANKS again for all of your love and support!
